It has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Every room in the house has a view so that everyone can be dazzled by our sunset. Access to the apartment is via elevator and we also have a garage (upon reservation and costing €10/day) in the building. I will also say that we had limited options because we needed 3 bedrooms for 1 night. That said, there is no excuse for the poor condition of this apartement. The photos online appear to show photos from what might also be another aprtment, or maybe some of the furnishings have been changed. The entry hallway was plastered with notices and old covid signs. The smell coming from pipes or maybe the lagoon is sickening. The paintwork everywhere was really shabby. Everything was so worn out and chipped up, it just did not feel like a nice place to be. It's as if the owner simply wants the money and has no interest in making the apartment feel nice and welcoming. There seems to bee no maintenance. The building it's in has a horrible creepy stairwell and it's on the 9th floor. I had no idea where the emergency exit from the building was and I even tried to find a diagram of the exit route on the wall, among the dozens of notices tacked up. Toutefois nous avons loué un appartement 3 chambres et l une d elle n était pas accessible (fermée à clé), nous avons demandé une place de parking, notre demande a été oubliée et impossible de rectifier le tir le bip était en panne, pas de machine à café, et c est un vieil immeuble donc l’insonorisation n est pas au top.
