I loved that there was an upstairs terrace with 360 views of Catalina island. I also liked that I had a private entrance to my room. The hotel staff was super friendly as well and was very welcoming!

The staff was incredible, and the price and location were unbeatable. It was amazing being so close to downtown and being able to walk to the beach and back so easily. The mermaid room we stayed in was a little run down, but you get what you pay for. I really would recommend this property for anyone on a budget.

Property was decent. It’s on a main road and it’s kinda close quarters. I did get woken up a few times by other guests and the gas golf carts. They provided ear plugs which was nice. Over all a great stay and close to the Ferry and downtown.

As with many of the rentals in Avalon, there's some street noise and possible noisy neighbors. We were provided with ear plugs that helped. Excellent advice and information given by nice woman at the front entry desk/check-in area. Coffee maker and microwave and refrigerator. A close walk to all sites of Avalon.

Loved the value and the location! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the boat dock and everything you need. It's only 1 block from the only grocery store on the island, Von's! The room looked much better in the photos, the decoration and furniture wasn’t near as nice. The windows were very dirty on the outside and one was even cracked. Also the tub fixtures were very hard to operate and the curtain was mounted diagonally across the tub making it difficult to shower. However, the location is very convenient to the restaurants and activities.

I had a really nice stay at Seacrest Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a peaceful vibe that made it easy to relax. The air conditioning worked well, and everything felt well-maintained. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop—the view is amazing and you can see the beach area, which made it such a nice spot to unwind and take everything in. The location is also a big plus, being so close to the beach and easy to get around. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

The Seacrest Inn is an adorable hotel in Avalon. It’s a short walk from the ferry terminal and close to many restaurants in town. This historical hotel is very well maintained. The room was more spacious than we had anticipated and even had a small refrigerator and microwave. The shower and bathtub set up was unique, but we considered this part of the rooms charm. The rooftop provides great views of Avalon and the harbor - grab a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset here!
