They stayed on their boats and we rented the Sandbox. We enjoyed the house and its amenities. The deck on the roof was a beautiful view of Catalina and the ocean. Very clean with nice minimalist decor, and multiple smart TVs. Appreciated the convenient location near Vons for groceries, and the playground for the kids. One drawback is that there's no dining room/table. We would have spent more time eating outdoors on the upper deck if it was easier to get up there (narrow windy outdoor staircase). Overall though it was great, and we had a wonderful stay!
