  • This two story house is the perfect vacation home for your family, located on the only vehicle-free residential street in Avalon. The main floor has an open floor plan with the living and dining areas and kitchen with center island and a sink water filter (new kitchen appliances - summer 2019), as well as one bedroom and one bath.It is beautifully decorated, light and airy and has stone tile floors on the first floor. Beach towels are being provided as a courtesy tot he guest.This home is located in the middle of town, three blocks from the beach and shopping. 334E | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).
