Staff were friendly building was decorated period correct. Not a lot of entertainment on property could use some outside gathering furniture maybe a outdoor fire pit.

Gracious host, friendly and attentive staff and spacious rooms. The mansion has such an interesting history, and we enjoyed the historical pieces and artwork. So glad someone with passion & vision saved it from a wrecking ball - it's a gem.

What a pleasant find.. just picked a town 1.5 hours from where we had an early appointment. It was a grand, beautiful and special find, from our greeting at the front desk… we will plan to return. A great value on too, especially noticeable as we are Canadian.

Beautiful historic mansion!
Beautiful historic mansion, very clean and cozy. It's worth walking around and taking in all the cool sights throughout the full mansion.

Couldn't be more wonderful! Amazing attention to detail. I feel like we stepped back in time to the late 1800s, but with all the modern amenities. Just perfect!

Won’t find a friendlier staff
We just love this place, you will not find a nicer staff. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. It is extremely clean and quaint. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic. Our only complaint is that the mattress we slept on had a dip in the middle so wasn’t the most comfortable on the back. But we really cannot recommend this place enough.

Stay here if your visiting the Rock Hall
This is an absolutely beautiful venue. A must if you are traveling through the area and have a chance to stay here. We stayed here after visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It was about a 30 minute drive from the Rock Hall. Great night.

We were blown away by the cleanliness, updates, and charm of this inn! Breakfast was tasty, even though it didn’t change from morning to morning. The staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful. Location was great. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The Mansion was just beautiful. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen and expertly designed for an elegant experience. I loved the bed and even inquired to know what mattresses they used! I would go back just to enjoy a different room. Just turned out that snow was falling when I arrived and the view out my window was so memorable. Wonderful choice.

The restoration of this property is excellent. Craftsmanship down to the last detail. The staff was helpful and friendly. Every staff member greeted me with a friendly hello and smile. I will always stay at Steele Mansion and in when in the area or a special weekend.

All of the rooms are beautiful and unique. We really enjoyed being able to view the unoccupied rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is great.

The house and decor are amazing and beautiful. It is easy to overdo historic decoration and Steele Mansion stays within the bounds of good taste. The place could not have more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we only regret we could not spend more time there.

A step back into time…
Wonderful place to stay! Cannot beat the ambience. Spotlessly clean room — although (as usual) we had some difficulty adjusting to a new bed & pillows. Breakfast buffet was not fancy but more than adequate. All in all, will stay there again during our next visit to NE Ohio.

As Close to Perfect As Possible
From the minute we entered the driveway, we were impressed... Checking in with Mary who made us feel so welcome, our room was beautiful, pristine, and comfortable, the restaurant recs were excellent (we ate at Silvesto's for classic, family Italian,) the bar after dinner was inviting (more conversation with our new friend, Mary, and learning more of the history of this amazing restoration,) a quiet night's sleep, and a lovely buffet breakfast in the morning. Everywhere you look, there are interesting details to take in. If we ever pass through again, we will definitely stay here.

This place made me feel like Prince...,sorry King Charles. It has a very royal feel to it, and the breakfast is excellent as well. Will definetly stay again.
