Condo #307 Lake Erie Vistas 4699 Lake Rd E. across from Sun Resorts Campground Unit #307 is a newly owned 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Lake Erie Vista. It features beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is free WIFI and a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has king bed, a 42' flat screen TV and a bath with a six-head spa shower. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with huge walk-in closet and a flat screen TV. Third bedroom has full bed and twin. The Guest Bath has jetted soaking tub & shower. The living room and dining room offer incredible views of the lake. The dining table seats will seat 8 and there are 3 bar stools at the island. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa. This location and building amenities are loaded and amazing, you will have trouble deciding what to do: Look at the fabulous sunsets from the deck? Fish from the pier with a license? Build a sandcastle on the beach? Launch a small sailboat or kayak from the beach? Drive five minutes to the marina to launch a bigger boat? Swim in the indoor pool? Swim in Lake Erie? We had another delightful time at this condo.It was perfect for our stay. Loads of amenities. We made use of the beach and the indoor pool every day. The private beach is such a plus! The unit itself has some work that needs to be done. Part of the flooring was removed and not replaced, just covered with an area rug. The outlets are all really loose. The kitchen faucet handle was loose, and the convection part of the oven didn’t work. If we stayed there again we wouldn’t plan on cooking while we were there. ##### Amanda M. The location of this vrbo was perfect. In the line of totality, right on the lake, private area on the beach for us, and a quiet neighborhood. We were close to the shopping and food, but off the beaten path enough for an intimate experience. The condo itself is beautifully maintained, lots of space, and had everything we needed. (And a few things we didn't know we needed.) It was the perfect place for our vacation. The only oversight was not getting the code to the building before we arrived. We had the condo code, but not the one to get in the building itself. Anyone who uses this location, be sure to contact the owner to get that additional code before you arrive. Regardless, I highly recommend this vrbo and would choose it again if traveling to that area in the future. ##### Jeanne H. Food, hair and what looked like small black bugs in between the sheets. Since it was so late at night, I changed the sheets myself and alerted the owner/manager later. He offered no apologies. In fact, he argued with me that they inspected the sheets and found no hair or food or bugs (even though I had photos to prove it and left the sheets there) Condo is a nice layout with a great view. But for me, cleanliness is a non-negotiable. Dirty sheets is not what I paid for. ##### Ann R.
