My family loves the idea of camping but in the AC. It was very clean. Only problem was a lot of things were broken and needed fixed. Called maintenance and they came very quickly. Enjoyed the setup, including the bonus hot tub. Nice and quiet area close to the strip. The air conditioning worked phenomenally on the 90 degree days that we stayed. Can take a golf cart anywhere in town. Definitely will come back or to any sunset rentals.
