Staff was fine but the room was pretty dated and could just use some refreshing. Didn’t expect luxury but just better than what it was.

Hyatt Regency Austin
For a conference, they were very prepared. They knew the important things busy people needed, such as "rent a dual monitor" and "Pashminas for the cold conference room". The staff were incredibly friendly.

Everything was great. Not to happy to have to pay $30 a day for a fold out bed when the room advertised it sleep 3 people but only had one bed.
