Recently built house in a prime location with excellent sun exposure. The spacious, bright living room opens onto a large southwest-facing terrace, furnished with outdoor seating. The interior is warm and inviting, featuring modern décor. Enjoy a quality setting close to hiking trails in summer and ski slopes in winter, with panoramic views of the Vanoise peaks.
The house includes the owners’ holiday studio on the ground floor. Ground floor: open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with access to the large terrace, separate WC, and garage access. First floor: mezzanine with a relaxation area, three bedrooms including a master suite with en-suite shower room, bathroom with WC (shower and bathtub). Garage available. Firewood is included.
Pets are not allowed.
