A 60 sqm apartment located on the first floor of a three-storey building, central, completely renovated, adjacent to the medieval village and the historic center of the Municipality of Ausonia. The apartment, equipped with every comfort, spacious and bright, pleasant both in summer and in winter, is composed of a large and bright double bedroom, a second bedroom with a single bed and a small terrace, a bathroom with shower, an open plan kitchen (with fridge, oven, microwave oven, kettle), a living room with double sofa bed, television and wi-fi network.  
The accommodation also features a balcony on one side overlooking the city center, independent air conditioning and heating.

#### Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit der Verständigung gab es ein bisschen Schwierigkeiten, aber durch Google Übersetzer kein Problem mehr. Außerdem gabe es die Möglichkeit sich auf englisch zu verständigen. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.
