No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: if you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure. Pets are not allowed on the bed or furniture at anytime during the stay. Pets must be taken out to do their business and not go inside the home or patio. You MUST pick up after your pet. However I was disappointed that the ad stated it had a washer dryer but it’s not the unit rather on the other end of the building. We had been traveling 9 days by the time we arrived so needed to do laundry upon arrival. When I learned it wasn’t in-unit I took to my daughter’s house instead, so I didn’t even see the washer dryer. I found the mattress comfortable but my husband said it had a dip on his side. And the king mattress was shoved into a day bed frame so was hard to get in and out of. The shower handles are coming out of the wall, needs repair. The kitchen had basics and offered tea and coffee but didn’t even have a can opener. It’s a downstairs apartment so you have people walking overhead. Also there is a window air conditioner in the front dining room but none in the back bedrooms. So for our stay in Sept the weather was ok and a box fan they provided kept us cool, but I sure would not want to stay in the heat of summer.
