Arranged on one level, this beautiful house offers: a living room of 27m² with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge opening onto the terrace. You will also have a large bedroom (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90) with access to the terrace and with adjoining shower room / wc. Outside: a south-facing terrace and a small garden both without vis-à-vis, a second north-facing terrace, a parking space alongside the cottage and a laundry room (accessible from the outside). The cottage (formerly a guest house) is located on the owners' fully enclosed property. At the gates of Auray, City of Art and History Yvonnick and Lénaïck welcome you. The house is ideally located for exploring the charming city of Auray and its port of St Goustan with its bars and restaurants.
