Independent apartment located on the 1st floor, furnished as follows: - Spacious living room/dining room with a sofa bed and an office area - One bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed - One bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm single beds - Equipped kitchen - Bathroom with shower and toilet, the latter integrated in the same room but separated by a door. Additional information: Two private parking spaces are located in front of the apartment. Access to the apartment is via a large staircase. Possibility to accommodate 2 additional guests upon request (sofa bed). The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning and is attached to the owners' house. In a refined setting with a seaside ambiance, this accommodation offers a beautiful living space and all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay in Brittany.
