It features a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 1,300 m² garden and terrace. Wifi, housekeeping, sheets and towels included - we're waiting for you! The single-storey apartment is composed as follows: Day area: \- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofas (including a double convertible), coffee table and a dining area for 8 guests. Air-conditioning in the living room (not in the bedrooms). \- Open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, hood, filter coffee machine... \- Separate WC Sleeping area : \- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bedroom 3: two single beds. \- Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. It simply lacks all the personal touches that make you feel welcome & special. A previous review references lack of basic items, the host agreed to take the feedback onboard & nothing has changed. We arrived to find 1/4 of one toilet roll, no soap, no dishwasher tablets, no washing up liquid, no cooking oil &basic cooking items & no welcome basket. De Grand Canyon du Verdon is op zo'n anderhalf uur rijden en is waanzinnig om te zien. Supermarkten op rij-afstand, wel erg prijzig met bepaalde dingen. 🙁 De eigenaren waren er niet, zij hadden tussenpersonen. Wat opzich prima is want de mensen waren aardig en behulpzaam voor zover dat kon, alleen was de taalbarrière behoorlijk! Spraken erg gebrekkig Engels. Zwembad was buiten gebruik, pomp was stuk. Ook de vorige eigenaar van het huisje werd opgetrommeld om te kijken of hij iets aan het zwembad kon doen. Na 2 dagen een nieuwe pomp maar dat nam het groene water niet snel weg. Geen WiFi aanwezig door een onweersbui van een week daarvoor. Contact met eigenaren ging via via en dat was wel een irritatie-puntje. La bâche souple était tellement sale qu’il n’était pas possible de l’installer. La bâche de sécurité n’était pas opérationnelle, ce qui est vraiment problématique et non conforme à la description et à la réglementation. A signaler que le service de conciergerie « Eau Var Nettoyage » a été très réactif, a fait nettoyer la piscine le jour même et remplacer la bouteille de gaz du barbecue qui était vide. Mais sans bâche, la piscine s’est remplie à nouveau très rapidement de vers de terre, feuilles… nous ne l’avons quasiment pas utilisé. Notre choix s’était porté sur cette maison en fonction en grande partie de la piscine et nous sommes très déçus. Le prix ne se justifie pas sans piscine." ##### Agence C. Wir waren mit 7 Personen im Juli 2022 in dem Haus. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Es gibt zusätzlich noch einen Eisschrank und eine Waschmaschine im Nebenraum (kleine Garage). Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Die Schlafzimmer nicht, das macht aber auch nix. Trotz der großen Hitze (ständig über 30 - tw. 38 Grad) kann man auch in den Schlafzimmern bei geöffneten Fenstern nachts gut schlafen (Fliegengitter sind angebracht). Das Bad ist geräumig (ebenerdige Dusche, Toilette und 2 Waschbecken) und es gibt noch eine weitere zusätzliche Toilette. Der Aussenbereich mit der großen Terrasse, den vielen Olivenbaumen und dem Pool ist typisch für die Ferienhäuser in der Region und die Ausrichtung der Terrasse lässt auch den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Der Kontakt zu unserer Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Danke an Sondrine ;-) Für die Erkundung der Umgebung hatten wir Fahrräder mit - hat sich gelohnt.
