"Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The bedding and towels were fresh and quite new. The shower room was very clean and the shower was nice hot and powerful. We paid extra for the breakfast. The coffee was very good and the selection of breads, pastries, yogurts, cereals, juice, boiled eggs, cheese, fresh fruit, dried fruits and butter, jams etc was great. "Great stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and set in a beautiful, quiet, and charming location. The staff was friendly, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The room was spacious and quiet, and everything felt well-maintained. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others."

"This is a really comfortable hotel in a very convenient location, right on the edge of town close to major roads and not too far from the station. The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff are very friendly. The food is also good and reasonably priced. We stayed 3 nights and the ONLY downside for us was that on the second and third mornings there was no milk available at breakfast for cereal and tea. Our request was met with a mild apology and shrug. We mentioned this to the manager and suggested that perhaps someone could go and fetch some for the following day from the huge supermarket a couple of hundred metres away and he said this wasn’t possible, so there was no milk the following morning either!! This was such a weird situation, and if this hadn’t happened we would have given the hotel an overwhelmingly positive review. Special mention for the young lady serving dinner on the evenings we were there-she was lovely!"

"Good, simple hotel on the edge of the historic portion of Chartres. 10 Mins walk takes you to the Catherdral Quiet hotel, under cover carpark (we booked in advance with Onepark). One issue was with the shower where the temperature varied throughout a shower, but not a major gripe."
