Did not stay got stuck. Reservatiin cancelled for 1 nite on email. Expedia cancelled entire stay. Had to make other plans. Still looked at propery was nice.

The only issue I had was the pool was dirty and my son couldn’t swim. We did have to wait for towels also. Maybe 15 mins so it wasn’t bad. Overall comfortable and clean is what matters. The staff was on their job. I would definitely stay again.

My stay was great. Went for a wrestling event. Short walk to the arena. Lot of local attractions on the strip. All the staff was great except one young lady working the breakfast area. She had a real nasty attitude and it seemed like everyone and everything was frustrating her. I spoke to the front desk on the way out and they said they would talk to her. Other than that, the rest of the staff was amazing. Very helpful and courteous. I definitely would recommend the place to anyone.

Check in was great. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is older and needs some updating. Cracked tile in shower. Toilet was not secure. Chair in room was broken. I will say the bed was comfortable which is a plus. We were in town to see a concert, so hotel was very convenient to that. Overall the hotel is okay if you’re staying for a quick visit.

The staff at the property were excellent. We enjoyed The Museum. The Riverwalk was beautiful, had interesting sculptures and scenery. However, Walking toward town from the property, many of the shops are empty and in disrepair for several blocks before reaching open businesses, so we felt unsafe walking through that area. We did not feel unsafe staying at the property. There is gated parking and cards for entering.

We had 2 rooms and the person at the check in desk was very acommodating. The breakfast is nothing out of this world but good enough in terms of variety. The hotel is clean and quiet, the rooms curtains however were a bit dirty. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked very well, as well as the in room cooler and Microwave.

According to the property, rooms reserved through Expedia in the last few weeks are not guaranteed. So we are standing in the lobby while they look to see if they have a room for us. They said this is an Expedia issue and Expedia’s fault.
