The studio apartment Ay Homes 08 with step-free interior is located in Augsburg and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator. This studio apartment features a private balcony for evening relaxation.

Please note that the outdoor areas are currently under construction. Public transport is within walking distance. Free street parking is available. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The accommodation features light- and water-saving facilities. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems, and sustainable materials were used for insulation.
