The property is luxuriously furnished and is very centrally located, just minutes from the Oberhausen train station or the tram to the main train station. The 43 sqm apartment with many shops is suitable for traveling tourists or workers. This apartment, right on the ground floor, has a nice living room right next to the kitchen. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180 x 200) and in the living room there is a sofa bed (160x200). Because the apartment is on a side street, you have no problems with traffic. The entrance is in the courtyard. There is also a small garden. The apartment is newly renovated and already furnished. There is also a fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher and washing machine, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, oven, hot plates, coffee machine, dishes, spices, tea, coffee, drinks etc. The bathroom has a shower, sink, heating, hygiene items as well as shower gel, toothbrushes, toothpaste etc. The whole apartment is available to the guest. The entrance to the apartment can be reached through the courtyard from Biller Strasse. The key box is located right next to the entrance. Each tram stop has a large supermarket as well as other stores. The apartment is large and the bed is queen-size and the television is very large. The streaming service had many stations in German, English, French and some other languages. I was not bored with the television. The refrigerator has a large freezer which is very helpful. The kitchen has all needed items. This is a good place to stay in Augsburg. ##### Alexander V. Schon bei der Ankunft wirkte das Haus ungepflegt: Sperrmüll im Durchgang, starker Geruch nach Katzenkot und Urin im Eingangsbereich, Zigarettenstummel unter dem Schlüsselkasten. Das Gebäude machte insgesamt einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck.Zur Wohnung:•Küche: Kühlschrank verschmutzt und extrem laut, Backofen unhygienisch, Feuchtigkeit an den Wänden, fehlende Ausstattung.•Bad: Sehr lauter Lüfter und Spülung, Schimmel in den Fugen, unangenehmer Geruch, Heizung schaltete sich nachts von selbst ein und war nicht regulierbar.•Schlaf-/Wohnbereich: Defekter Lattenrost, Rollos unbrauchbar, Fenster schwergängig, extrem hellhörige Wände, schmutzige Fenster und verstaubte Ecken.Zur Umgebung:Die Lage ist ein sozialer Brennpunkt, nachts sehr laut und wenig einladend. Parkplatzsuche war schwierig, und wir fühlten uns nicht sicher – erholsamer Schlaf war kaum möglich. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Unterkunft aus unserer Sicht ungeeignet.Fazit:Der Zustand von Wohnung und Umfeld entsprach in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen. Hygienemängel, schlechte Ausstattung, Lärm und mangelndes Sicherheitsgefühl machten den Aufenthalt unangenehm. Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung passten 1:1\. Wir fanden eine sehr saubere Wohnung vor in der wir uns wohl gefühlt hatten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, großes Fernsehen vor dem Couch, Internet. Ein Handtuch pro Person ist vorhanden. Der Gastgeber hat uns sogar freies Trinken im Kühlschrank gelassen. Noch mehr überzeugen kann nur der freundliche Vermieter, der immer zu erreichen ist. Er hat extra einen Babyhochstuhl vorbei gebracht und sogar ein Reisebett für Babys war vorhanden! Nur das Bad geht leider gar nicht. Ich möchte aber ausdrücklich hinzufügen, daß es nicht am Vermieter liegt sondern an der Bauweise des Hauses, ohne Fenster, ohne Lüftung kann die Feuchtigkeit kaum abziehen und es bilden sich logischerweise Schimmelflecken. ##### Ronny F. Some welcome stuff left in the fridge were well appreciated by us. When we arrived and stepped into the stairway, it smelled like a little old and moldy but inside, the apartment was renovated and very clean. We were sorry there were a little leak in the sink of the bathroom. And the curtain in the shower room does not stop the water to splash. Since there is no window, the room stayed damp after each shower. An exhaust fan would help remove humidity. Other than that, we enjoyed very much the place. We did not use the TV not knowing how it was working. We did use the WIFI which was good. Thank you, Samuel, for hosting us. ##### Henriette B. Es ist gut eingerichtet, gemütliches Bett und eine bequeme Schlafcouch. Die Küche hat sogar einen Backofen und ein große Gefriertruhe. Wir haben viel unternommen, waren also quasi nur morgens und abends im Apartment. Es ist für Paare und Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet, ansonsten dürfte es ein bisschen zu klein sein. Die Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig, die Kneipe nebenan nimmt man kaum wahr. Die Wohnung liegt recht Nahe ma Bahnhof Oberhausen und man kann es sehr gut als "Basislager" nutzen.
