The staff could not have been more friendly I highly recommend the chateaubriand suite / room14. Breakfast let’s it down a little I’d expect more from such a beautiful hotel.
This is an incredible property for gophers. The grounds have a pond that is private and natural with fish. The golf course is vast and beautiful. There is a state of the art spa., and, all is affordable.
Pool is $60 per visit and breakfast has no variety, no fruits, no omelets and usual eggs variety. Squeezed orange juice is excellent for breakfast and property is nice.
If you are looking for a haven to escape from the hustle and bustle of Paris, then look no further. This charming converted Chateau was exactly what my husband and I needed. The rooms were spacious and the bath luxurious. The restaurant was superb. We cannot recommend the egg dish more highly. These were the best eggs that either my husband, or I have ever tried. We loved it so much, we asked for a second serving of this appetizer.
The staff are attentive and helpful.
Highly recommended.
This was the most amazing stay ever ,,,,,, the food was totally out of this world and best I’ve ever eaten,,,,,,, fantastic

Excellent séjour dans un cadre sublime
Excellent! Lieu magnifique. Staff au petits soins. Spa top.

didnt have the correct number of beds in room
set menu, no choice
weird music in breakfast room
moody waitress in breakfast room
cold coffee unless you ask for it
powdered eggs
stale croissants on first day

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Great place but a little bit isolated. No grocery stores in walking distance. All supplies had to be bought on the restaurant.
amazing stay, perfect for couples. The personnel is super attentive, polite and go out of their way to help you. The spa is amazing and both restaurants are great.
Stayed in a 'traditional room' and were not told that this would not be in the Chateau but in an annexe a long way in the rain to the hotel. No umbrella's supplied in the room. No kettle for tea/coffee in the room - very poor for an upmarket hotel. Staff all very helpful.
We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The chateau has a moat! The grounds are beautiful and there are plenty of hotel rooms inside the actual chateau (often, when staying in a chateau, the hotel rooms are in a modernly built, boring annex that disappoints). We stayed in the family apartments which were in a beautiful old building right next to the main chateau building, but we were not disappointed. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the children loved the idea of staying at a real palace. There is an excellent spa (although one does need to pay for use of the spa), and also a chocolate shop (the chocolates were awesome!). We ate dinner at the extremely elegantly appointed restaurant, with our children. Although our children were extremely well behaved in the restaurant, we were nervous that the staff might not appreciate having children in a very grown-up space. To our great relief, we found the waiters to be extremely accommodating towards our children, and the head waiter arranged for the chef to prepare some delicious "child-friendly" food for them. My husband and I were then able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the delicious cuisine. Be warned though - this is not an environment for boisterous children, as some decorum is required. A wonderful, authentic Chateau Stay!
