Villa for 6 people ( possbl. until 8, + baby)with 4 bedrooms 175m2 habitable with large covered terrace facing south.   
garden of 1700 m2 bordering creek, quiet, without vis-à-vis but with all amenities close ... in the heart of the Arcachon basin.  
Secure swimming pool.  
Swing, grill, terrace ... The ideal setting for a family holiday.   
Located in Audenge, halfway between Arcachon and Cap Ferret. Audenge has a small marina, a small beach and all amenities. Ten minutes by car from Andernos-les-Bains (Music Festival of August).

#### Vacances à Audenge

J’ai passé une semaine absolument parfaite dans cette magnifique maison à Audenge. Le cadre est idyllique : un grand jardin verdoyant, une superbe piscine, et une maison pleine de charme où il fait bon vivre. Chaque journée a été un plaisir : balades à vélo pour découvrir les environs, sorties en canoë dans les prés salés, promenades au bord du bassin, et bien sûr dégustations inoubliables de fruits de mer frais. Un vrai petit coin de paradis où l’on se sent immédiatement en vacances !
