Perfektes Ferienhaus für den Urlaub am Bassin von Arcachon

Sehr schönes Häuschen, perfekt ausgestattet, genug Platz für uns 5. Sehr angenehme, nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin, alles hat gestimmt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Schwimmbecken im Ort kam bei den Kindern gut an für die Erfrischung zwischendurch, die Fahrt zum Atlantikstrand dauert etwas länger, das ist aber vollkommen OK. Im Ort mehrere Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt und Aldi, einige nette Bistros/Restaurants. Und Austern am Hafen. Nur die Betten dürften etwas härter sein :-) Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Superbe Arcachonaise

Un excellent accueil de Joelle et de son mari qui nous ont donnés de bonnes idées de visites du coin ainsi que de très bonnes adresses gastronomiques. La maison est très bien située, propre et fonctionnelle. Nous recommandons fortement.

Maison propre et confortable dans une petite ville reposante du bassin. Le jardin est particulièrement joli et agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location très bien située.

Très belle maison pleine de charme. A proximité du port d'Audenge, au calme et à quelques minutes d'Andernos les bains. Très bon endroit servant de point de départ aux visites sur le bassin. Très bon accueil par Joëlle qui est pleine de bons conseils, nous avons apprécié.

Herrliche Tage in Audenge

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Audenge. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut, innen viel größer als man von den Bildern her vermutet. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden und es war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Joelle und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Vermieter, die sich um die Gäste kümmern, damit diese sich wohlfühlen. Audenge ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Gegend am Basin, ca. 30 min bis Arcachon, Dune de Pyla, Aqualand. In die andere Richtung auch 30 min bis zum schönen Strand Grand Crohot am Atlantik. Tolle Wellen, Wasser war wunderbar warm. In Audenge kann man am kleinen Hafen gut essen, auch frische Austern gibt es. Der Pool ist gut zum Baden und unabhängig von Ebbe und Flut. Der kleine Strand von Audenge eignet sich gut zum Spielen und auch Eltern finden einen schattigen Platz unter Bäumen. Auch ein Ausflug nach Bordeux lohnt sich sehr! Super-schön!

Wir hatten einen sehr, sehr schönen Aufenthalt und Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht und sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Joëlle und Ihr Mann waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit - immer da, wenn man etwas brauchte und ansonsten wurden wir in Ruhe gelassen. Perfekt! Zum Beispiel ging am ersten Abend ohne unser Verschulden der Sonnenschirm im Garten kaputt, der sehr kurzfristig dann ausgetauscht wurde. Auch für unsere Dachbox, die ich vom Auto abmontiert und im Garten platziert hatte, wurde auf Vorschlag von Joëlles Mann ein Platz im Abstellraum („Garage“) freigemacht, damit dies sicher aufbewahrt werden konnte. Leider wütete in den ersten Tagen noch der Waldbrand in der Nähe von La Teste, was uns natürlich besorgt hat - aber unsere Vermieter haben uns beruhigt und auch mit Informationen versorgt. Die Kommunikation war zwar etwas rudimentär (wir sprechen leider nur sehr wenig französisch, Joëlle und ihr Mann leider nur französisch), aber wir haben uns trotzdem irgendwie verstanden. Audenge ist ein recht kleiner Ort, dafür aber auch ruhiger als z.B. Archarchon oder Andernos. Wir konnten zu Fuß zum Hafen von Audenge laufen, wo wir das schöne Restaurant „La Gravette“ empfehlen können (wir haben es 4 Mal besucht). Auch die lokale Pizzeria „du Lavoir“ können wir empfehlen; zum dort essen oder zum mitnehmen. Wir möchten hier nur hinweisen (dies ist keine Beschwerde, nur ein Hinweis / Verbesserungsvorschlag), dass bei der Abreise von den Gästen eine Reinigung der Wohnung erwartet wird; dies sei in Frankreich selbstverständlich und allgemein üblich. Wir waren etwas überrascht und kannten dies eigentlich nicht so (wir waren aber auch zum ersten Mal in Frankreich in Urlaub), aber Joëlle hat dann auch eine Endreinigung gegen Bezahlung (100 €) angeboten. Dies könnte vielleicht noch im Inserat erwähnt werden. Insgesamt hatten wir wie gesagt einen wirklich schönen Urlaub und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Joëlle und ihr Mann geben sich viel Mühe und umsorgen Ihre Gäste. Fünf Sterne!

Audenge ist angenehm und ruhig

Die Lage ist praktisch, das Haus geräumig und auch OK kühl in der Hitze. Die Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Stadt ist klein, praktisch, ruhig, und das riesige Schwimmbecken am Hafen einmalig, mit Buchtwasser gefüllt und sehr willkommen bei uns. Kann man nur empfehlen. Die Kaution muss in Bar bezahlt werden.

Une maison très spacieuse et propre avec de bons lits. Des propriétaires très sympathiques avec beaucoup de bons conseils et d'informations sur les lieux à visiter, les restaurants, etc. Joli jardin privé avec des sièges et un barbecue. Super emplacement, calme et tout à portée de marche et de vélo.
