Could watch our teenage kids playing volleyball and basketball all from the comfort of the deck. Kitchen was light on cutlery, but still had all the basics needed which was great. Incredible views and location. The house needs someone to give it some attention and a deep clean. Broken furniture, spots on carpet, some electrical outlets not working, headed towel rail upstairs not connected, blinds need cleaning, downstairs back bedroom moldy smell in closet, not enough towels, locked sliding doors with no key which is a safety issue. Communication with Mandy was easy. The rooms are not really clean, however, the carpet has stains, and some of the floors are still sticky. The biggest problem is the old furniture, especially in the kitchen, which is partially broken. The couch is also stained and the armrest is broken. The equipment in the kitchen is limited to the bare essentials. The WiFi only works on the ground floor because the router is poorly positioned.Actually a beautiful house, but it lacks love or at least a craftsman. ##### Mario L.
