It has a great location and the accommodations were more than i needed - just the way i like it! I especially enjoyed the spacious balcony overlooking the harbor. The views of the Pacific Ocean and Auckland port was great. I would have given 5 stars, however both bathrooms had tiles with mildew, the fabric dining chairs had stains and carpet looked weathered. For the nightly rate of the room, I expected better room conditions. The room was outdated.
