The Space: Originally built in the 1920s, this classic Waiheke bach is filled with charm: timber floors, bright natural light, and views across Onetangi’s sweeping bay. The open-plan living and kitchen area keeps life simple, with French doors opening to outdoor dining and the garden. The bedroom wing sits in the main house, with the bathroom accessed externally from the back deck in true bach style. Sunshine Cottage sits at the quieter eastern end of the beach, a super easy place for families, swimmers, and anyone who loves long barefoot days by the water. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Double bed Bedroom 2: Single over double bunk Minimum Stays: 7 nights mid-December to end January 3 nights on holiday weekends 2 nights at all other times Pets considered on request only and must be approved in writing.
