The open living area with kitchen, dining and lounge has a deck opening to morning sun which follows it around to the afternoon and evening sun on the front deck. 2 double bedrooms allow for privacy and community together. It has a gorgeous outlook to the Matakana hills and is easy walking distance to town with highly acclaimed cafes and restaurants which cater for all tastes.
