    The apartment is bright and comfortably configured throughout, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony overlooking the tranquil internal waterways of Lighter Quay — one of the more calming views you`ll find in the Viaduct area, away from the bustle of the street and the busier harbour edge. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is modern and well laid out, with a Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and comfortable lounge seating that makes an evening in as appealing as an evening out.

    The kitchen is genuinely well-equipped for self-catering: oven, stovetop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine that makes the morning routine considerably more enjoyable. In-unit washer and dryer add practical self-sufficiency for longer stays. The queen bed is well-appointed with quality linen, and the bathroom features a modern walk-in shower with good quality toiletries provided. Silo Park, with its outdoor cinema, weekend markets, and public art, is a short stroll, as is the Auckland Fish Market.

    On Saturday mornings, the Wynyard Quarter Farmers Market sets up along the waterfront — freshly shucked oysters, artisan bread, and serious coffee from roasters who take their craft seriously. The Viaduct Harbour`s celebrated restaurant and bar strip is an easy walk east, connecting through to Commercial Bay`s flagship waterfront retail and dining precinct and Britomart`s cobblestoned laneways. The Auckland Ferry Terminal is nearby for Waiheke Island, Devonport, and Hauraki Gulf services. The CBD`s Queen Street, Sky Tower, and Aotea Centre are all within comfortable walking distance.

    The entire apartment is yours — queen bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining area, private balcony, and one secure undercover car park. Full access to the Lighter Quay complex`s heated pool, spa, sauna, and gym is included throughout your stay.

    Please note: the Pavilion building has stair access only — there is no lift. The staircase is one flight and well-maintained. Keys are collected from the Quinovic Viaduct office at 10 Hobson Street (ground floor) — approximately a 10-minute walk from the apartment. For arrivals outside office hours, key collection is available via lockbox. Full instructions will be sent the day before your arrival.

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Keys are available from a secure location across the road from the apartment.

    To ensure a smooth arrival, we ask all guests to complete a short online pre-check-in form and upload a valid government-issued photo ID before arriving. A private airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost with at least 48 hours notice — your driver can collect the keys and meet you directly at the airport.

    While we will leave you in peace to enjoy your time in Auckland, we are available 24 hours a day for an emergency.

    Auckland is easily explored from Lighter Quay. The Inner Link and Outer Link buses connect the central suburbs frequently. Secure undercover car parking is included with the apartment — the motorway network is accessible for day trips further afield. Auckland Airport is approximately 30 to 40 minutes by car.

This is a non-smoking, no-vaping property throughout — including the balcony and all common areas. No parties or events. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Checkout is by 10:00 AM.
