Two things you should know if you want to book. 1 there is no staff. Getting the keys is a lock box to lock box process. Not overly complicated but make sure you get all the instructions. Because there is a code to open the door and then another code to actually get the key and then there’s the key and then putting the key back and all that is kind of a thing. But I will say that because I didn’t know all this ahead of time we had to make a phone call to them to get it sorted out and they did resolve it quickly. It was pretty much my mistake for not knowing all of this ahead of time, but they resolved it very quickly. 2\. What they call a city view is not really a city view. My fiancé flew in Christmas morning from Los Angeles and they were so accommodating allowing us to check in early which is very appreciated. The place was clean, had everything you need. . . appliances, extra towels and pillows and the place has beautiful all day sun. The location is perfect and away from the noise the viaduct can bring. Had trouble trying to navigate the TV and on several occasions the program dropped out and we had to work our way through to begin again (lack of instructions on what to do!). Parking was expensive and because we had to book online were not able to access the cheaper version available (apparently) only with an app. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
