Welcome to your home away from home in Auckland. This beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay for families, friends, business travellers and longer-term guests.
With spacious open-plan living, quality furnishings and room for up to 9 guests, it’s the perfect base for your Auckland visit.
The home features three bedrooms with queen beds, a fourth bedroom with a double bed, plus a single sofa bed located in the master bedroom, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for larger families and groups.
Enjoy a fully equipped modern kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, fast unlimited Wi-Fi, Smart TV, two heat pumps for year-round comfort, a full laundry, and three free off-street parking spaces.
Step outside and relax on one of two private outdoor decks, including a covered entertaining area perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks, while the sunny garden provides extra space for children to play and families to unwind.

Please Note
Bedroom 4 adjoins a separate self-contained studio. The connecting door has been permanently sealed from both sides and is hidden behind a built-in wardrobe within the bedroom.
The house and studio have completely separate entrances and there are no shared indoor or outdoor living spaces. However, as with many adjoining properties, occasional everyday noise may be heard between the two spaces.
To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay and to respect our neighbours, parties, events, pets, smoking and vaping are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
