Amazing location as Viaduct Basin was outside the rear entrance. Good clean room but a little maintenance could be done to the leaky toilet. Directions could have been better communicated as the Apartment was located within the Sebel Hotel. Arrived Aukland by Cruise ship. Off loaded the ship mid morning but room key not available until after 1430\. We were able to drop our bags at the office and came back hours later to get the key for our room. Hotel was only about 5-7 minute walk from the pier. Only 1/2 block from the "Hop On Hop Off" tour bus stop. Very picturesque area. Museum, shopping, restaurants and bars all within couple of 100 meters. Queen street major shopping about seven minute walk. Sky Tower 10 minute walk. Very reasonably priced compared with area "regular" hotel. Also, with kitchenette and laundry (at least in our unit), saved us a lot of money by eating our breakfasts and one dinner in the room.
