Being only a stone's throw from quality local schooling, hospitals and an abundance of amenities with arterial routes and motorways all within reach making light work of an easy commute to the CBD.

We have 3 private bedrooms upstairs, all bedrooms have attached private bathroom(en suite). The living room and kitchen are at ground floor.

**Garage is not available for guest but we have plenty space of street parking**
**We have camera in ENTRANCE ONLY for your safety**
