This is under the owners house but has its own deck and outlook of the bush. The views from both the front and back are surreal especially at sunset. Beautiful place and even better hosts. They were friendly and provided us with everything we needed to know. Also, even though u may hear creaks of footsteps upstairs, you can make noise comfortably as it does not travel upstairs. Great stay. You are close to the Waitakere Ranges with walking tracks through the Rainforest or to the Beaches at the Tasman Sea. Visiting Auckland is comfortable by taking the train from Swanson station . We all had good sleeps and the day went without a hitch! The girls all then returned on the wedding night with their partners who were in awe of the phenomenal views!
