Very disappointed, we were double booked. Told to wait outside In the dark with no explanation for 20 minutes. Admittedly a room was prepared for us upstairs in main house however we had to share bathroom with family and the room was so small we had to leave out suitcase outside the door. Parking was difficult as it a very steep drop off from the road.

Duvet smelled but apart from that everything was excellent . Personnel were above and beyond good - can’t fault the property it’s location or view . Cleanliness was good . I just had an issue with the bed duvet which had a bad odour but nevertheless I believe it will get sorted

不衛生でお勧めできません

部屋はもちろん、リビングトイレなどの共有スペースの掃除をしてくれない、バスタオルやキッチンタオルの洗濯もしてくれないなど不衛生でストレスフルでした。あきらめて自分で洗った方がましと洗い、指示された場所に干したらバスタオルが戻ってこなかったり、服はスプリンクラーでびしょ濡れにされありなど本当に困りました。驚き嘆く私達に「自動のスプリンクラーなのよ」と笑って言われたことに、本当に腹が立ちました。エアコンもないため、窓を空けて出かけてましたが、夕方帰ると、カビ臭い匂いがしてきました。気分が悪くなり、他のホテルに移りたいと申し出ても、「移るのはどうぞ、返金はしません」という対応で、本当にストレスフルでした。
