Welcome to a spacious and welcoming home in one of the North Shore’s most sought-after seaside locations. Just a short 5-minute walk brings you to Browns Bay Village, where you’ll find everything you need – supermarkets, boutique shops, gyms, cafés, bars, and a wide variety of restaurants. On Sundays, the lively local market offers fresh produce, crafts, and a taste of the community atmosphere. For those who love the ocean, both Browns Bay Beach and Rothesay Bay Beach are within minutes from the house, perfect for swimming, walks, or simply enjoying the seaside vibe.  
  
This house itself is large, comfortable, and well-suited for both relaxation and activity. At the guest end of the house, you’ll find two modern guest rooms available. Each room offers comfort and privacy, and just outside your door, you’ll enjoy access to a shared living area, bathroom, toilet, decks, and a private garden space. A mini kitchenette equipped with a fridge, espresso machine, toaster, and essentials makes it easy to prepare light meals or coffee at your convenience. Guests have the option of booking one or both rooms, making it a great choice for couples, families, or friends traveling together – accommodating up to four people in that private wing. This setup allows you to feel tucked away while still having all amenities nearby.

My stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Susanne is a lovely host. I think her listing should include that there are several steps up to the property from the driveway, with no handrail. Susanne was very helpful, getting my large bag up. However, getting my bag down those steps was difficult and hazardous. It puts some guests in a difficult position if they have committed to staying there, and are confronted with this hazard, without knowing. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay, and planned to return, with a smaller bag.
