Close to spark arena and within walking distance from the Waterfront, Britomart and Queens St. On arrival we only received one key which was not the most convenient with two couples for our 3 night stay. We did think that 2 keys should have been provided considering you can’t gain access to the apartment without them. Would certainly recommend this apartment and will book again if staying in Auckland CBD. ##### Cynthia M. Neighborhood was a great location and the apartment was nice. But it was hot and stuffy! There is no air conditioning and no air circulation unless you keep the sliding glass doors open at all times. The 2nd bedroom did not have a window and was hot at night. Odors were absorbed from other apartments which was exacerbated by lack of air circulation.
