Renovated interior with full kitchen, high class furnishings and top quality linen and bathtub. Check in is conveniently via our office which is right next door to the Quays complex. Our friendly and efficient team will personally welcome you on arrival and and give instructions to access your private apartment. The Quays complex is right in the heart of the Viaduct, Auckland\`s most desired central real estate with an array of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The buzzing Wynyard Quarter development is within a 10 minute walk and the new Commercial Bay establishment offers high end retail and a wide range of classy food options. Enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your complex, work off last night’s meal in the gym or pop in for some laps in the public pool. The ferry terminal is a five minute walk, we recommend visiting Waiheke Island, perhaps even a winery tour while you’re there! Security for entering was very good. The place was reasonably clean, there was a small kitchen and a comfortable bed. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work very well, so it was very hot at night. But overall we had a pleasant stay. Just one word of warning: the rental is handled by a company called Stay Ltd. They 'lost' my original documents and it took over an hour to get into the apartment by having to reissue copies. They also took balance of payment 10 days early without notifying me. ##### Tineke C. First impression when we walked in was it looked great, however on closer inspection the cleanliness really wasn't that fab. We found left over food in the fridge, there was mess under the bed, the walls looked grubby in places and all the skirtings and light switches could have done with a good clean.
