Description was spot on, this is such a central location. Motorways and shopping Centres just minutes away. Plenty of room for a small group. We stayed with just our teenage daughter and having 2 bathrooms was big bonus. Great communication from the host with a phone call on day one. The only downside is parking. It is clearly pointed out in the in add, and while we didn’t have trouble parking, if you need your vehicle close, this could be an issue. It also didn’t help that Auckland was having a heavy rain moment. You can bring your car right up to the door for loading and unloading, which really makes this a lot easier. I would definitely recommend this town house to anyone, and we would definitely book it again if we could.

This is a town house, with bedrooms in the 2nd and 3rd floor. The AC on the first floor works but not on the second, which is the one for the bedrooms, so they get pretty hot. If you leave the windows open all day it's better, but we ended up sleeping in the living room. We messaged about the broken AC on day one but never received a reply.The keypad lock was also concerning. It didn't always respond to touch and sometimes it would unlock with random numbers. The furniture was also very uncomfortable. If you look under the couch, the frame was broken, and there was a 2x4 hanging down. And the beds were uncomfortable. It was all staging furniture.The playground next door was great.
