The management company sent an informational email 3 days beforehand which stated that parking would be directly across the street in a lot for $25 for the night. False. Not even close to that price. When I called to inquire about the discrepancy, I was told that the information must have been outdated. It was sent 3 days before. Incredibly unhelpful and unapologetic. The apartment itself was sub-par; the rug hadn't been vacuumed, the walls were dirty, the TV was broken which nobody had bothered to fix, there were no curtains in the bedroom for privacy.
