Wonderful 1970s style kiwi batch with very little upgrade since original build. Amenities particularly shower and bathroom facilities are very basic and need attention - the shower area is a slip hazard. The double bed and beds in one of the bedrooms downstairs would benefit from adding a mattress topper because they’re very hard (even for kids). The rear door on the second floor should have a catch so it can stay open (we used one of our travel boxes to keep it open during the day to get a cross breeze through the house.
