Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place, situated in the popular suburb of Karaka ! Surrounded by lush greens , a range of beautiful trees and a lily pond, this serene and spacious property is the perfect place for you to relax with your loved ones!  
Being close to the motorway, this beautiful place is easily accessible from all areas. The famous New Zealand Bloodstock is walking distance from this property!  
  
This is a unique property having a master en-suite, another 5 large bedrooms, 2 lounges, and an open plan living kitchen that opens out towards the yard. The living room room on-looks directly at the lily pond through a large set of french doors and a comfortable entertainment room. Complete with an internal entry double door garage, for all your storage needs.  
  
Pick up and drop off service available:  
Please call us if you'd like to be picked up and dropped off to our place in a late model Rolls Royce.

#### Hingaia-StoneyBridge private pond property

Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). This property is in a secure gated-community requiring passcodes entry.
