You will have access to the entire house, equipped with countless, thoughtfully-chosen amenities designed to give you the most enjoyable & comfortable stay here in Auburn. Enjoy cooking meals in our fully stocked kitchen, playing poker and shuffle board inside or ping pong and golf in our "man-cave" garage, or just sitting back and relaxing by the lake!
Guest access:
Guests will enjoy access to the entire house with the exception of two cleaner closets. The guests will have access to four other spacious closets though for their personal use!
This is a self-check-in property. You will receive a personalized 4-digit door code for the duration of your stay. This door code will be provided 24 hours before your check-in.
Other Things to Note:
-Please treat the home with respect, and do not invite guests over who are not listed on the reservation.
-If any issues arise, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you promptly (but please note that there is no one living on-site).
-This is a pet-free home. If you are traveling with pets, please make arrangements for them to stay at one of our local doggie hotels.
-This is a smoke-free home. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-Pool season is from April 1 - September 1; hours 7am - 9pm

Perfect house for our golf weekend
The house was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed morning coffee on the lake before hitting the course. Just 20 minutes from town. Games in the house were a nice touch. Loved staying here

Beautiful New Home as Advertised
Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful new home conveniently located near the Auburn main campus. The home was delightfully decorated, staged to perfection, and immaculately cleaned. We enjoyed all of the added recreational activities in the home. We especially loved the memory foam mattresses which made for a great sleep. We would definitely stay at this property again.

What they said! It is a top notch vacation rental, fully stocked, games, and a great view of the sunrise and sunsets in the lake. The family loved it! One area for improvement is a bath bar/handle gripper for seniors in the tub and shower.

Absolutely amazing!
You will not be disappointed in this host and home. It was by far the best we’ve ever stayed in. Private home on a quiet street, beautiful neighborhood, minutes from everything, more than enough to do just inside the house! My mother stayed with my youngest grandson while the rest of us moved my son from one apartment to another, and he loved it! Plenty of games and the water was beautiful. Would love to stay there again. Totally clean, nicely furnished and safe. Perfect!

Wonderful stay at the Villa at Farmville Lakes. Perfect spot for multigenerational family Thanksgiving. Quick drive into downtown Auburn. Newer home with all the amenities- particularly enjoyed fishing in the lake, ping pong and other games at the house. Hosts were wonderful and responsive. Highly recommend.
