Naturally, our pup is named Cadillac “Caddy” and our place celebrates that AU spirit! “Caddy’s Shack” is our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home away from home that is walkable to Toomers Corner, great restaurants, and our AU campus just 3 blocks away! NINE beds are provided for friends and family- 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin pop up, & 1 Queen sleeper sofa. 2 full baths are upstairs and a half bath and laundry room are downstairs. EVERYTHING will be RENOVATED by the 1st game on Sept 2\. All new furniture, flooring, and paint will be in place for you to enjoy. Parking is a breeze with a GARAGE and private driveway! “Caddy’s Shack” of course allows dogs to visit and has a huge fenced backyard with a party deck & grill. Linens, towels, basic soaps and shampoo are provided, along with WiFi and a large screen smart tv.Every room has a ceiling fan and all floors are LVP. Grandparents came for the swim meet and for birthday celebration. The house was clean and close to the university which was nice as the meet was a 3 day event. We really enjoyed having a kitchen to cook most of our meals in. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table. There was enough room for 4 adults and 2kids and a small dog.
