Gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, huge refrigerator, dishwasher, and wine cooler. Large dining room table seats 10. 1st floor master bedroom features a walk in steam shower and large jacuzzi tub, and cable tv. 1st floor living area features gorgeous panoramic views of Owasco Lake, gas fire place, leather furniture and 60" smart tv. Family Game Room w/ bar and poker table, w/ 60" smart tv. Leather furniture and queen pull out sofa. 1st floor laundry. 2 twin cot beds. 2nd Floor: 2 king bedrooms off living room that features 55"' TV with firestick, cable, dvd, lounge sofas and games. HUGE Patio overlooking the lake from 2nd floor landing, sunbathing chairs and patio table for 10. 3rd floor: King bedroom has private deck/entrance, jacuzzi tub for 2, step in shower, private bathroom. Whole house is 5,500 sq. ft !! Lake access from Private deck and dock. Fire pit. 4 Kayaks and Row Boat. Patio furniture. Luxurious bedding and bath towels provided. All detergents and paper products provided. Gas grill with propane provided. Wifi, Cable, Air-Conditioner in each bedroom and AC unit in living room on main floor.
