Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

We booked, confirmed, and paid for this stay 9 mos in advance. A week before our trip to AU for homecoming weekend I had not heard from the host regarding check in details. All of my messages and phone calls went unreturned. I was ghosted. I will never rent from this person again. We had to scramble to find another place to stay at the last minute and pay double.
