This beautifully renovated unit has a huge deck with brand new furniture and grill, open layout, plenty of parking, and is walking distance to EVERYTHING Auburn has to offer! The upstairs offers two newly furnished bedrooms and another gorgeous brand-new bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer. This unit is pet friendly with a non-refundable deposit. Master is on the main floor plus in unit laundry! BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival! BEDROOM SET UP: Downstairs: King bed in the master suite with attached bathroom accessible via the bedroom or the living room Full day bed in the living room with a pull-out trundle Upstairs: bedroom 2: bedroom with a queen bed bedroom 3: bedroom with a queen bed these two bedrooms share an upstairs bathroom New Pack - n - play for a baby or small child This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Very clean and well stocked. We were there for the AU/Tenn basketball game and the condo was a great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Communication with wonderful.
