  • Welcome to the Park Victorian, a rare piece of history in Auburn, CA. Enjoy your family and friends in this 19th century beautifully renovated Victorian farmhouse overlooking Old Town, the historic courthouse, and the Placer County foothills. We are nestled on a 6 acre, private plot of land with the most amazing views. You will feel like you are secluded from the world yet only steps away from fantastic dining and charming shopping. There are no other properties like this in Auburn!

    There are 6 ensuite bedrooms that have been lovingly restored to their original elegance with refinished fir floors, marble vanities and unique features. Because each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, you will get the perks of a hotel, but the charm and privacy of a private residence. The house has a remodeled kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining options (a large covered brick patio off the dining room and kitchen), and living room, so all your needs will be met. The large yard that overlooks Old Town is ready to entertain both during the day and at night with our event ready market lights.
