There is a noise level monitoring system (Noiseaware) to keep sound down for the neighbors. It does not record conversations simply sound levels and sends an alert when the sound is over 70 decibels. There are motion sensors cameras on the exterior of the home for surveillance. If you host an event, a large gathering of people, or a party we will ask you to leave. Credit card processing fees of 3% deducted from all canceled reservations eligible for refunds Our biggest goal is to provide you a comfortable, welcoming and safe place to stay which include a few details you need to know about: \- We love our quiet neighborhood and so do our neighbors and we have Quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. \- No parties and or gathering of guests. If you throw a party we will ask you to leave and reserve the right to charge you up to $500\. \- No smoking of cigarettes, marijuana or vaping allowed. If you smoke on the property or there is smell of it you will be charged additional cleaning fees of up to $250 depending on cleaning needed. \- We love dogs and we want you to feel at home with yours. We just don't want to clean up after them. We provide a pooper scooper and waste bags to clean up after your pet.
