This newish hotel is located at the edge of Rodez, in a newer suburban area. The room was large with a very nice bathroom.
Staff welcome could have been better, but the staff the next day was quite helpful and listened to our feedback.
My main issue is that in this lovely location there is limited food service, and they were unwilling to serve us in the serene courtyard.
OTOH, there is a fantastic brasserie quite close by (walkable) which worked for dinner

The evening meal was superb. Breakfast was frugal; we had to ask for croissants since none were left after other diners had taken 2 each whereupon the owner brought my wife and I a croissant each on a tray.

"Although Aubin itself is pretty average, this hotel is truly a hidden gem. Immaculately maintained, stylishly renovated and in an idyllic location. Would wholeheartedly recommend and would definitely stay again if in the Aveyron. It is well located for exploring this picturesque region."
