The accommodation is particularly suitable for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists (MTB), as the hiking trails start right outside the front door. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet in the middle of nature as well as the many leisure and excursion possibilities in the surroundings of the beautiful Sauerland. You will find extensive information material in your accommodation. The vacation home, renovated in 2022 and furnished with great attention to detail, offers space for a maximum of 4 people and extends over two floors with its 108 m². On the first floor is the attractive living area with an open fireplace and access to the private terrace. You can cook and dine to your heart's content in the large, fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area. Two comfortably furnished bedrooms await you on the upper floor of the house. The larger bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), in the smaller bedroom there is a bunk bed, which is also suitable for adults (1.40 m x 2.00 m/ 0.90 m x 2.00 m). The daylight bathroom with large shower/WC is modernly furnished, a hairdryer is available. There is also an infrared sauna (suitable for 2 people) for your personal use, where you can relax after a beautiful day or a long hike. Towels and bed linen are included. Pros: Wir haben dieses schöne, komfortable und saubere Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Betten sind bequem, was sehr wichtig ist! Der Eigentümer war telefonisch erreichbar und hat kleinere Internetprobleme gelöst. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Lage. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. Es gibt auch schöne Radwege in der Umgebung. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Cons: Es wäre schön, wenn wir Frau Bader bei der Ankunft persönlich kennenlernen könnten; sie wohnt nebenan. Dafür braucht man doch nur wenige minuten...... Ein Fliegengitter in der Gartentür und Sonnenschutz auf der Südostseite sind eigentlich notwendig.
