The Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites
10/10 Excellent
"Staff members were friendly and attentive. The room was large and very comfortable as was the king sized bed but found the washroom on the small side. Would have liked more counter space for toiletries, especially when staying for 3 nights. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. Parking at the hotel was expensive but convenient with in/out privileges. Appreciated in-room Nespresso maker with real cream in the fridge. Location was great, enjoyed spending time in the Public Garden which is just across the road and walking to restaurants and the waterfront. We had a nice stay."

"Staff, airport shuttle, and dinning. This hotel is older and in need of being updated . The staff are friendly and are trying their best to make things work and to keep it in repair. It remains very busy. Lots of tourists coming and going."

"I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but they only had a room with only a king bed ...my wife and I were traveling with my 12 yr old grandson..he slept on a pull out that kept him awake all night"

"Check-in and check-out was so easy. Breakfast was nice. Roof-top terrace had nice view of citadel hill. Gym/Sauna/Spa pool available too. Excellent customer service. We will visit again!"

"Room was clean. Beds were well worn. We had an excellent view of the Harbour and city. Walking distance to almost everything. Breakfast was good but busy and we didn't get served coffee till we were done our meal."

"Stayed for YQM for 4 nights with kids. No issues at all. Parking aplenty and very easy access. Well located for many restuarants, supermarkets and amenities. Just along the road from water park and Magnetic Hill. Room big and clean, beds comfy, staff lovely, free coffee in lobby nice touch. Pool and hot tub absolutely fine. Under 19s cant eat in restaurants but didn't matter. Plenty options locally and can order takeout to room if needed - there were menus in reception. Shuttle bus to and from YQM was great. About 10 mins to downtown Moncton. Overall fabulous and would definately stay again. (Do need a car)."
