Soundfront home 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms

  • This is a 1750 square foot home on Core Sound that has recently been renovated. It features an open floor plan with a large kitchen, counter seating for 4 and a dining table for 8, all with spectacular water views. There are 3 bedrooms(2 downstairs and 1 upstairs) and 3 baths. The home will sleep 8 comfortably. There are 2 covered porches and a large waterside deck with comfortable seating. Outside there is a covered cooking area with grills and gas cookers. Launch your kayak off of or tie your boat to the pier. Bait the crab trap that is provided and enjoy a meal of blue crabs and rock crab claws. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer provided for your convenience in a laundry nook off of the main bathroom.
    You may see dolphin in the sound or bald eagles in the sky.

An Amazing Place

Beautiful relaxing place

We loved staying at this beautiful, quiet and relaxing place. We spent a lot of time on the upper and lower decks and the dock, watching the pelicans and other wildlife. We saw dolphins one afternoon from the upper deck. The house was clean and well- equipped and the beds were comfortable. A wonderful, peaceful property.

Peaceful Paradise

We had a relaxing weekend. We spent a lot of time on the deck and dock enjoying the breeze and soaking up the sun. The Core Sound Waterfowl Museum is not too far away on Harker's Island where you can learn about the history of Down East villages. It was a perfect weekend!

Dream week on the coast

This house did not disappoint. Stunning views of the water from everywindow .. so beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend that everyone take a day and go to the Davis Ferry rent the Kubota and go to Cape Look out for the day .. it was amazing.. We caught lots of fish right off the dock and had fun trying our hand at crabbing. lol catch and release of course.. thanks for everything we will definitely be back .

Great time Down East

Perfect location! Loved the house and the deck are wonderful! Our cousin lives in Atlantic, so we had the best time clamming, fishing and setting a mullet net! Lots of laughs and great food! We even tried paddle boarding! I highly recommend this property! I will be booking again, in the near future!

Great time had by all!

We had such an amazing time. This was our first trip visiting NC. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the dock and the porch. The kids enjoyed paddle boarding on the sound, catching crabs and looking for shells. We enjoyed traveling and exploring nearby towns during the day and coming back to the best place to relax and unwind. We look forward to visiting again!

We just finished our 6th summer at the house. It was amazing as always. We brought our boat and fished the sound. We also crabbed and caught shrimp off of the dock. The house was clean and well equipped for cooking.

Quiet family getaway. Grandparents, kids, amd grandkids taught to catch crabs on lines and in pot. Caught pinfish, small croakers and three dogfish and a 8 pound shark! Ate meals, laughed, talked around firepit and unwound from daily grind. Great improvements on deck, outdoor furniture and paint outside. Thank you!
